You guys. I’m so so so thrilled to share with you one of my recent favorite things. Like “Oprah’s favorite things”, this is Amanda’s favorite things and it’s so dang good! It’s called “The Greatest Gift“. What is this gift you may ask? – It’s a short gratitude journal. But if I can be honest with you – the name doesn’t do it justice because it’s so much more than a gratitude journal. It’s an experience. It’s a heartfelt, deeply touching, gratitude experience that just so happens to be a physical gift the recipient – be it your mom, dad, brother, sister, girlfriend, boyfriend, husband, wife, or neighbor, will never ever forget.
In starting this, I swore I wasn’t going to give it all away at first, I wanted to start with the backstory, but the Greatest Gift is so cool, I was telling everyone about it the minute I opened this sweet gift from one of their founders. I guess they found me on Instagram (@peaceloveandgummiworms because #professional) and if you follow me there, you’ll notice a common theme among my posts is gratitude. I’m a gratitude junky. #thegratitudeisreal is a hashtag I made up because I was so tired of reading #thestruggleisreal. Listen, I’m the first to crack jokes and totally see the sarcasm behind 99 percent of the struggle is real posts, but I felt it important to highlight gratitude in all things because after all – whether the struggle is real or not, gratitude can be found in anything and immediately turn a shitty experience into a really transforming one.
I digress. They found me on Instagram (or maybe my husband @jairekrobbins) who knows, but they offered to send me a gift. I’ll be honest. I have no idea what/who/etc. they were sending me, but I heard gifts and immediately said “Sure, here’s my address.” to a complete stranger. What an idiot. I do not recommend giving strangers your address, but something about it told me – they’re cool. Lucky me, what didn’t show was a serial killer. What did show up was this amazing gratitude journal called “The Greatest Gift”.
At first confused, I started flipping through The Greatest Gift gratitude journal gift experience (because that’s exactly what it is) which came in a beautiful package and the first thing I saw was a beautiful white gratitude journal, plus a storytelling enhancement pack… I wasn’t totally understanding it until I got to the “how to guide”. This… This how-to guide will make your heart explode because it pulls it all together. It demonstrates how to fill in your gratitude journal for someone you love or someone you’re deeply grateful for. What’s more is it helps you turn gratitude into a habit by doing it daily. It shares the benefits of gratitude for YOU and for the recipient of The Greatest Gift.
Then it explains what all these awesome bonus packs are all about that come with it. So it’s more than just a journal, it’s an experience for you and for the person you gift it to.
I’m not even sure if I’m doing it justice here, but trust me when I say WOW. I immediately wrote Amir, one of the co-founders and said you’re seriously making the world a better place because of this gift. Everyone deserves to gift one of these and receive one too! Because he sent me a few, I’ll be gifting them (with my hubs) to his mom who is struggling with some health issues right now and could especially use the pick me up. His dad & stepmom, because The Greatest Gift is truly the best thing you could gift someone that already has everything. My sister who is overcoming a major life challenge. That just the short list to start.
They didn’t ask me to write this. I actually asked them if I could write a review because I so deeply believe in the power of gratitude and want this gift to get to as many people as possible. It’s unlike any other gratitude gift I’ve ever seen and far better than anything out there in my opinion.
So how do you get The Greatest Gift? It’s currently on Indie-gogo for an awesome price, so make sure to check it out.
I suppose in a review you might want some downsides. Truly, I can’t think of any. I suppose at first I didn’t really understand what it was, but the how-to guide was sooo helpful and told me exactly HOW The Greatest Gift works and make it filled with memories, stories, gratitude, and art that will truly make it personalized and bring tears to the eyes of the person that receives it. On that note, I’m going to get cracking on ours right now because I want to give these for Christmas. Though they’d make a great gift anytime of year.
Thanks Habit Nest team for creating The Greatest Gift: Gratitude Journal experience. It’s everything this world needs right now.
