Happy New Years!!
As we embark on a new year full of fresh beginnings and new opportunities, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on how incredible our relationships can we when we use the same exciting approach to a new year in our relationships (or dating life) as we do in business and life!
So while there are tons of goals being set and resolutions being made, it made me think. So often we focus that energy, excitement, and hope on ourselves or our business. Whether in terms of our health, career, finances, etc, we focus on what we want for ourselves, but maybe not as much in the area of relationships.
This NEW year, I challenge you to set new goals and resolutions focused on improving your relationship or dating life. What do I mean?
Say you’re in a relationship, what are areas in your relationship you’d love to improve? Maybe it’s less arguing? Maybe it’s forgiving each other faster? Perhaps you want to go on more adventures or vacations and enjoy more quality time together. Maybe you want try new things! Maybe you want to spice things up in the bedroom. Whatever it is, now is the perfect time to add that to your ‘New Years Resolutions’!
If you’re single or dating, what are some things you’d want to change or improvement about your single or dating life? Perhaps you’ve been quick to judge people. Maybe instead of a 1 strike rule, you incorporate a three strike rule when meeting new people. Maybe it’s dedicated more time to understanding the opposite sex because sometimes they feel impossible to understand. Or maybe you simply make it a goal to get more out there, to open up, to be less fearful in relationships. If you are single and want to be in a great relationship, this might be the time to really start making some changes and setting some new goals.

Whatever your new resolutions are, let’s start off this year by adding more focus to LOVE and relationships especially when it comes to growing and goals. When we put love first in our lives everything else falls into place exactly how it’s meant to.
And of course, one of the best ways to make a accomplish a goal is to write it down or share it. So as you set your goals for the new year, make sure to add in a new column for love. Reflect on it daily and don’t worry if you slip a day, start the next day as if it were a new year and try try again.
Hope you have a happy new year filled with an abundance of love, happiness, and lots of laughter!
Cheers!
